Our trained waiters are neatly dressed, articulate & friendly, service orientated and extensively trained. All waiting staff will be equipped with a tray, cork screw and lighter. In order to ensure the smooth running of an event, all staff are briefed prior to the event. The menu is discussed in detail to ensure all staff are properly informed about what they will be serving. Staff will also be briefed on any special dietary requirements as well as beverage inventory. All waiters and waitresses are trained to serve Canapés, Buffet Style, Plated meals or Silver Service.
